Canal Place Lobby Office (on site)

The Lobby Office does not have regular hours at this time. For help with move-in/move-out arrangements, key fobs, borrowing the back door keys, programming the front keypad, general information, and all things parking, please email canalplaceoneoffice@gmail.com. For all other issues, please contact Property Management of Andover as above.

Maintenance Emergencies

Regular maintenance requests may be submitted to the PMA staff as shown at top or through individual accounts on the PMA portal. Tenants must notify their landlords of any issues within their unit and it is up to landlords to notify management.
In the event of an emergency that poses harm to our community after hours, call (978) 683-4101, dial "0" for the operator, and your call will be forwarded to the PMA answering service. Serious issues will immediately be forwarded to one of PMA's on-call property managers. DO NOT use email for emergencies.

Board of Trustees

Under normal circumstances, the Board meets ten times a year (once a month excepting July and December) and hosts an Annual Owners Meeting. While the Annual Meeting remains an in person event, arrangements for monthly meetings vary. For any board meetings open to owners, notification will go out via email. Meeting minutes are regularly made available to owners.
Current board members: Pete Pedulla, Brian Hohmann, Dawn Pioli, Ruth Evans, and Dana Kelley.
For comments, questions and concerns that are not urgent, the Trustees can be reached at canalplacetrustees@gmail.com. Their mailbox is checked weekly; more urgent concerns should be submitted to management via phone, email, or the portal.
