Canal Place Lobby Office (on site)

The Lobby Office does not have regular hours at this time. For help with move-in/move-out arrangements, key fobs, borrowing the back door keys, programming the front keypad, general information, and all things parking, please email canalplaceoneoffice@gmail.com. For all other issues, please contact J A Wood Management as above or via their online portal.

Maintenance Emergencies

Regular maintenance requests may be submitted to Eileen at J A Wood via phone or email, or through individual accounts on the J A Wood portal.
For maintenance issues requiring immediate attention such as leaks, safety issues, etc., call J A Woods (781-860-0605) and follow the prompts. There is a fee for non-emergency calls being made to the emergency number, but for true emergencies fees will be waived.

Board of Trustees

Under normal circumstances, the Board meets ten times a year (once a month excepting July and December) and hosts an Annual Owners Meeting. While the Annual Meeting remains an in person event, the monthly meetings have moved to Zoom for safety and convenience. Unit owners are welcome to attend most of these meetings and should be notified of upcoming meetings via email.
Current board members: Henry Peront, Kerry Jenness, Craig Faulkner, Pete Pedulla and Brian Hohmann.
For comments, questions and concerns that are not urgent, the Trustees can be reached at canalplacetrustees@gmail.com. Their mailbox is checked weekly; more urgent concerns should be submitted to management via phone, email, or the portal.
